About Bradford Family Medicine

Established in August of 2000, Bradford Family Medicine is a full-service family medicine office that provides care for patients from the newborn period through all ages of life. In addition to routine care throughout your lifespan, we have a focus on wellness and preventive care as well as women’s health. At Bradford Family Medicine, we treat everyone like family!

Welcome Ali Fishkin, CRNP, FNP-C

Bradford Family Medicine would like to welcome Ali Rinfrette Fishkin, CRNP, FNP-C to our team.  Ali was born and raised in Bradford.  She earned her bachelor of science in nursing at Pitt Bradford and her master of science in nursing at Clarion University.  She is board certified as a family nurse practitioner through the American of Academy of Nurse Practitioners.  Ali resides in Bradford with her husband, Justin, and their son.

Introducing the NEW Wellness Consultations


  • What is a Wellness Visit?:  During your initial 60-minute visit we'll review your current health history and pertinent labs; review your current diet/exercise/wellness routine; review your short-term and long-term wellness goals; and set up a plan for success that meets your individual health and wellness goals.  Follow up visits, to review struggles and redefine the plan, can be scheduled for 15, 20 or 30 minutes as needed.  Visits can be virtual or in-person at 14 North Third Street, Bradford, PA.
  • How do I schedule?:  Call Bradford Family Medicine at (814) 362-6962 or message us via your portal.  You can also message us on social media.  Be sure to include a valid email address to receive our forms to prepare for your visit.
  • Do I need to be a Bradford Family Medicine patient to participate?:  No, you can keep your PCP.  
  • How much will it cost?:  The fee schedule is posted below.  We will make every attempt to bill your insurance where this service is covered.  If your insurance doesn't cover this type of visit, you will be responsible.
